Breathing is what connects us to life, and now, in this pandemic time, we realize it.
I’ll dedicate a meeting to become friend with our own breath. It’ll be free and open to yoga practitioners and teachers or even those who have never practiced yoga before.
What we will do in this meeting:
– difference between diaphragmatic and thoracic breathing, in practice.
– Breath as a resource
– Basic techniques of Pranayama
