What I offer

Yoga and meditation trips and retreats; yoga workshops at centers and schools; live online lessons, remotely, wherever you are; private lessons in Venice.



25 years of teaching yoga and experience in holistic disciplines, in addition to a lifetime immersed in different cultures, each with their own mentality, language, physiognomy and way of acting, have allowed me to recognize the characteristics that distinguish each individual. I am therefore able to personalize suggestions about the type and method of practice, as well as lifestyle tips, respecting the uniqueness of each person.



One of the meanings of the word Yoga is union: body, mind and spirit. On this path, we develop a greater awareness starting from the body itself, through Asanas (posture) and Pranayama (deep breathing), which then trains us to look inwards, but also to communicate consciously with others and the world around us.



I think yoga can be practiced by everyone, albeit in different ways, and that it is important to have a simple, clear and practical approach. As Sri K. Pattabhi Jois said, yoga is 99% practice and 1% theory.



The practice of yoga offers us the opportunity of facing ourselves and our own limitations, thus questioning the idea we have of ourselves. Practice encourages greater readiness to listen and respect for oneself, moving towards the discovery of suppressed qualities. In addition, the increase in physical and psychological well-being, as well as the positive energy stimulated by the constant practice of yoga, support us in the process of transformation.

The individual yoga classes I propose provide the opportunity to deepen one’s self-awareness in a targeted way through the personalized practice of Asanas and Pranayama, according to the different physical, psychological and emotional situation of each person.

Individual personalized lessons, also remotely.

Individual live lessons allow you to practice yoga under the guidance of a teacher even when it is not possible to be in the same place. They are conducted live via programs that allow video calls such as Skype, Facetime or WhatsApp, so I can be there to personally lead the lesson, correct any mistakes, and answer any questions. There are some basic requirements: a device equipped with a front-facing camera, built-in microphone and speakers, and a good Internet connection.
